Hello, my name is Aimee and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist.  I gained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the Clifton Practice, CPHT, which is a gold standard hypnotherapy training school.  I am a registered member of the NCH (National Council of Hypnotherapy) and the AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy).  I am fully insured with Holistic Insurance and DBS checked.

I enjoy lots of family days out and in my spare time I enjoy baking and decorating cakes.  I am fascinated by Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and I love reading and learning about the most up-to-date research.

My working background has always been within a finance team since I left school in 1999.

I am very passionate about helping people achieve a better life for themselves and helping them overcome difficult times.  After having hypnotherapy myself and it turning my life around, I decided to retrain as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist alongside my existing career in finance, and it was the best decision I have ever made.

I now have the privilege of working with clients full-time and I absolutely love helping them take back control of the areas of their life they are struggling with.  I am 100% committed to supporting my clients in achieving their goals.  Watching my clients grow in confidence week by week is extremely rewarding - just one of the many things I love about my job!
