Solution Focused Hypnotherapy adopts practical, modern strategies combining the best of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is concerned with addressing the solution rather than the problem. We will not speak about anything negative: the therapy room is our positive place.
We will work together, usually on a weekly basis to begin with, and develop a picture of where you would like to be. Each week we will take small steps towards achieving your goals.
