What is emotional pain?

Emotional pain can include feelings of : Deep sadness or depression, also grief and stress.



How can I deal with emotional pain?

No one fully knows the pain you carry inside, you are strong and dealing well, there are some ways to help such as:


1. Find a hobby

Whether that be reading or something more creative this can help relax you and create a calmer environment.


2. Start a journal

Journal writing can help channel your thoughts and feelings to become more positive and this can also help you understand them more.


3. Cry

Crying is not a bad thing, according to medical news today shedding emotional tears releases oxytocin and endorphins. These chemicals make people feel good and may also ease both physical and emotional pain. In this way, crying can help reduce pain and promote a sense of well-being.


4. Seek professional help

Sometimes emotional pain is too much and this is when professional help is needed hypnotherapy and therapy can help with this.
