Focusing on getting your life back

Lockdown is being lifted, its time to feel like life is getting back to normal again! However it is still ok to feel anxious, from the 12th April Gyms reopen, as do shops and outdoor eating areas, being able to socialise with friends and family will help with anxiety.

It is ok to say no!

If friends ask you to go out and you are not feeling up to it thats ok! people are ready to do different things at different times.

Going to the gym again may help you to feel better, If you cant afford a gym membership again that is ok, just going on a walk or exercising at home can improve your mental health dramatically.

Do things at your pace, do not feel pressured and enjoy lockdown restrictions lifting!
