Stopping smoking or Stop vaping are one off sessions.  Hypnotherapy is a powerful and effective therapy for those who are motivated to give up smoking/vaping.

Smoking is a 95% psychological addiction. The physical addiction of smoking subsides after around 90 minutes. So,  if you’ve ever gone longer than 90 minutes without a cigarette, i.e. on a plane, at the cinema etc then you are more than able to quit smoking via hypnotherapy. Smoking is often related to stress relief. There are no active ingredients in a cigarette which reduce anxiety. In fact, ALL the chemicals within a cigarette actually cause anxiety within the body, they stimulate the amygdala (the flight, flight, freeze part of our brain). Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective ways to give up.  You can stop smoking after just one session. It is an easy decision, all you need is the desire to do it.
