Hello, my name is Aimee. I am a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I work from a lovely relaxing therapy room in the Fulwood area of Preston.
I am very lucky to be able to help my clients achieve a better life for themselves and help them overcome difficult times. I am extremely committed and enthusiastic in supporting my clients and I always give 100% to helping them achieve their goals, and when they give 100% back, we achieve amazing results. I am very approachable and professional. All my clients receive a relaxing download to listen to each night as they are going to sleep, this really helps the process along. One of the first things my clients notice is that they are sleeping much better.

I have been having therapy since May last year, mainly for my OCD. I can honestly say that the improvements have been phenomenal, and even though I am now better, I still continue to have therapy sessions, not as often, but they ensure my well being is being looked after
