2020 has been such a hard year for everyone, 2021 is a new year it is so important to go into this new year thinking positively , think of it as a new book each day a new page. How to focus on positive thinking:
1. Identify areas to change:
In order to become more optimistic you need to work on areas that you think about negatively, weather that be work related or everyday related, if you start small by focusing on one small area to approach your life will start to feel more positive.
2. Follow a healthy lifestyle:
Health is so important, eating healthy and exercising at least 20 - 30 minutes a day can help relieve stress.
3. Positive self talk:
Start talking to yourself in a more positive way, learn to love yourself. Instead of saying "there's no way it will work" say "I can try to make this work".
4. Write in a journal:
Keeping a journal will help you to channel negative thoughts into positive ones, it will help balance your thoughts, try writing three positive thoughts down each time something negative comes into your mind.
